LBX pharmacy was founded in October,2001 and now has developed into a large joint-ventured pharmacy chain from a pharmacy monomer as well as one of the largest pharmacy chain pharmacies in more than a decade whose business units covers medicines retail, wholesale and manufacture. It is based in Changsha, the provincial capital of Hunan, and it attains total assets over 2 billion, annual revenue near 4 billion and over 10000 employee. So far, LBX explored 1500 stores in 15 provincial markets including Hunan, Shanxi, Zhejiang, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Shandong, Hebei, Guangdong, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hubei, Henan, Beijing, Jiangsu and Anhui. It officially listed in Shanghai Stock Exchange in April 23, 2015.

It rocketed straight to the top three of national pharmacy chain industry during 2003 and 2009 and No.1 during 2004 and 2006. Moreover, it is ranked top in the honorable reward of the first hundred comprehensively competitive chain pharmaceutical retail enterprises for 5 years and the champion in Operations ,Brand and scale for 6 years in a row which is nominated by the China Pharmaceutical Retail Research and Development Center. It is granted as Chinese Favorable Brand by Superbrands in UK which is the most worldwide authoritative and independent brand reward.
